Employee Inclusivity

01
Meet and Greet
We understand the first-day jitters and support our employees wholeheartedly. To ease their transition, we conduct an ice-breaking introduction where they meet each team member and department. This leads to inclusion, helps them get to know their team, and sets a comfortable tone for moving forward.
02
Orientation Session
Our induction program includes the Code of Conduct, insights into life at CEG, and operational details. Employees will have the opportunity to understand our policies, participate in interactive Q&A sessions, and get a sneak peek into post-work activities like birthday celebrations, helping them feel like a part of our vibrant company culture.
03
Immersive Trainings
We periodically conduct comprehensive training to support employee's professional growth. Our training evolves with trends and work requirements, equipping them with current skills. We ensure employees stay motivated and excel through continuous learning opportunities that align with their field's dynamic needs.

CEG: Where Memories Bloom
At CEG, we celebrate a wide range of festivals with enthusiasm and encourage employees to step out of their comfort zones. From exciting sports competitions and relaxing yoga sessions to key celebrations like Navratri, Christmas, New Year, and Deepavali, the entire year is a period of fun and enjoyment for everyone.
05
Pat on the Back
Our appreciation culture ensures recognition of the efforts of our employees with promotions, annual increments, and awards. Alongside this, we value constructive feedback and welcome new ideas from everyone. To complement this, our engaging motivational sessions keep employees inspired within our supportive environment.

Women's Wellbeing: Our Priority
We are dedicated to ensuring a safe environment for women, as we acknowledge their crucial role in our success. To support this, we offer late-hour shuttle services, one-on-one counselling, and enforce strict safety policies. Moreover, we organise health camps and celebrate festivals like Teej and Karwa Chauth, promoting inclusivity and support.

Women Leading the way at CEG

profile 2“Lead with purpose, and the world will follow”

At CEG, we believe leadership is defined not by titles, but by the impact we create and the inspiration we bring to those around us. My journey, from pursuing Civil Engineering and Management to serving as Director at CEG, has been one of continuous growth, learning, and determination. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to CEG’s remarkable journey in the infrastructure consulting industry. Through this time, I’ve learned that true leadership lies in adaptability, collaboration, and unwavering resilience in the face of challenges. As Director, my role goes beyond operational excellence—it’s about inspiring others to dream big, act with confidence, and embrace opportunities. At CEG, we are deeply committed to fostering a supportive environment for working women, encouraging them to break barriers, lead with confidence, and achieve their fullest potential. To all aspiring leaders, especially women: take bold steps, believe in your capabilities, and lead with purpose. The path to success begins with the courage to take the first step, and perseverance will guide you the rest of the way.

profile 1“Empowering Leadership, Inspiring Change”

True leadership is not about commanding others but empowering them to lead with purpose and passion. Growing up in a legacy of engineering excellence, I was inspired from an early age to make a meaningful impact in the industry. With a strong foundation in Civil Engineering along with Management, I focused not only on mastering technical expertise but also on building leadership and management capabilities to drive positive change. My journey at CEG has been transformative, providing invaluable practical experience that allowed me to address complex challenges and take on leadership roles in driving business development across national and international markets. Along this path, I have championed the mission of empowering women in male-dominated fields—creating opportunities that challenge boundaries, inspire confidence, and pave the way for future leaders. At the heart of my vision lies the belief that success is defined by perseverance, individuality, and a commitment to excellence—irrespective of age, gender, or stereotypes. Together, let’s build a future where everyone can lead with passion and purpose.

CEG was appointed as a Consultant to conduct Environment & Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) study of Kamala – Dhalkebar – Pathaliya section (130 kms) of the Mahendra Highway in Nepal to enhance the road capacity and efficiency in road transport. The Highway forms an integral part of trade connectivity with neighbouring countries and there is an increase in passenger and freight traffic with the increase in trade, necessitating the upgradation of the Highway to match with the Asian Highway Standards.
