Women Leading the way at CEG
Engineering is impartial; it’s society that creates biases. Growing up in a family of civil engineers, with my father serving as the MD of CEG, I was inspired by his dedication from an early age. To follow my dreams, I pursued education abroad, which set the stage for my professional journey. Upon returning, I started as an intern at CEG to understand the core challenges and operations. As my responsibilities grew, I faced and overcame various challenges, learning that mistakes are stepping stones to success. Now leading CEG’s international expansion, I’ve realized that success is driven by individuality and persistence, not by gender or age. Always remember, cherish learnings, advocate for yourself, and never give up on your dreams.
